BlackBerry User Claimed RIM Due To Service Failure
Due to BlackBerry data service failure for several days in the five continents some time ago  it was still affected. Consumers in the United States and Canada have officially sued Research In Motion.

Because of the data center failure has left tens of millions of BlackBerry users experience frustration for a long time since they can not access email, instant messaging and browsing.

Previously RIM had apologized to millions of BlackBerry subscribers for this case by providing premium applications for free. But this does not seem to make the Canadian users happy.

U.S. Consumer lawsuit filed into federal court Wednesday 26/10/211 in Santa Ana, California, brought on behalf of all U.S. BlackBerry owners with the report was experiencing losses, because the email, internet and the message can not be accessed. They also accused RIM has committed a breach of contract, negligence and unfair treatment.

Canadian lawsuit, filed on Wednesday in Quebec Superior Court, on behalf of all Canadian BlackBerry owners. Research in Motion failed to provide compensation to BlackBerry users with a refund for the loss of service and must "take full responsibility for this damage. RIM has not commented on this case.
