A rumor  said that Samsung Galaxy S II could upgrade the Android operating system from Gingerbread to "Ice Cream Sandwich" in the next year. Android lovers who already have Galaxy S II gadget, seemed to be pleased to hear this rumor. Because "Ice Cream Sandwich" which is the latest version of Android can also be run on this device.

"Ice Cream Sandwich" is the most perfect operating system currently offers several interesting new features, such as a better display notices, features a camera that has a more complete editing device, display screen users a much more riveting and opening applications that look more subtle. Samsung Galaxy S II is also said to be able to customize the user interface that looks elegant and stunning as that offered by Ice Cream Sandwich.

Update software will be controlled by wireless carriers, so 'next year' rumors of Android 4.0 will be a good news or bad news for Galaxy S II user in U.S. In United States market, Samsung Galaxy S II was distributed through three wireless carriers. There are Sprint, Verizon Wireless and AT&T.
