Motorola, the vendors from the United States launched new gadget namely Motorola ET1. Motorola ET1 is the enterprise tablet which designed for various industries.

ET1 is equipped with features such as optional barcode scanners, magnetic card stripe readers, hot-swappable battery packs, software systems are secure and the security of multi-slot charging. It is also bluetooth enabled for other functions such as mobile-payment readers and mobile printers.

The tablet itself is a 1 Ghz dual-core tablet with an 8MP camera and a front camera. It could operate with both Windows and Android OS making this as flexible as possible with other corporate entities who uses Windows enterprise for their server and POS needs.

Reported by CBR Desktop, Tuesday (01/11/2011), according to Motorola, this WiFi tablet is based on information log-in and password protected.Retailers also can run various applications developed by Motorola partners and independent software vendors (ISV).

The tablet itself is a 1 Ghz dual-core tablet with an 8MP camera and a front camera. It could operate with both Windows and Android OS making this as flexible as possible with other corporate entities who uses Windows enterprise for their server and POS needs.

Motorol ERT1 equipped with a color screen 7-inch Gorilla Glass for displaying video and images. Gorilla glass making it tough against bumps, scratches and the occasional dropping. The plastic bezel is replaceable if the customer wants a bezel with their corporate identity on it.

Vice President of Motorola Asia Pacific Corporate Solutions, Phey Teck Moh said Motorola serving enterprise customers in many 'vertical' industries.

The company is also working with IT managers, to address concerns. According to Phey Teck Moh, the company needs to develop the succsess key. current tren of success key is online workers.

Motorola didn't say the price, which will surely vary depending on the options a business chooses. But given that the ET1 is targeted toward businesses, one would hope there is a bulk rate.
